This User Agreement (hereafter the Agreement) governs the relationship between Eternia Corp. (hereafter referred to as Administration) on the one hand, and the site user on the other hand. Administration and mobile apps are not mass media.
By using the site and/or mobile apps, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you must not use the site and mobile apps.
Rights and obligations of the parties
The user has the right:
- Get information through the site and mobile apps
- Information obtained through the site and mobile apps is for personal use only
The administration has the right:
- at its sole discretion and the need to create, modify or cancel the rules
- Limit access to information in the site and/or mobile apps
The user agrees to:
- not violate the performance of the site and mobile apps
- Do not use scripts (programs) for the automated collection and / or interaction of information with the site and mobile apps
The administration undertakes:
- Maintaining the performance of the site and mobile apps, except in cases where this is not possible for reasons beyond the administration.
Responsibility of the parties
- The administration is not responsible for the discrepancy between the services expected by the user and those actually received
- The administration is not responsible for the services provided by third parties.
- In the event of force majeure (fighting, emergencies, natural disasters, etc.), the administration does not guarantee the security of the information provided by the user and the smooth operation of the information source
Terms of the agreement
This Agreement enters into force for the use of the site and/or mobile apps.
The agreement is no longer valid when a new version of it appears.
The Administration reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to unilaterally alter this Agreement without notice to Users.
